Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code, if available. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery may take a little longer around holidays.

Returns

Not completely satisfied? No worries!

Of course, we hope you’re completely satisfied with your new KNOOPZ item. Is it not quite what you expected? If so, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll then have another 14 days to send the item back.

Return Policy

The item may have been tried on, but must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.

If possible, please return the item in its original packaging.

Be careful with makeup: make sure your item stays clean and free of stains.

Notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt.

Refund

After you notify us of your return, we will refund you within 14 days via the original payment method. We may wait until we have received the item or until you have provided proof that it has been returned. For a full return, you will also be refunded the original standard shipping costs.

Maintenance and Warranty

Our KNOOPZ caps are hand-finished and require careful care. * Dry clean only. Not suitable for machine or hand washing.
